“good Movies “ To Watch During Lockdown ?

Yes, even I observed this similarity. Because of lockdown somehow I started delving into this terrain.
There is a lot of similarity between Chinese, Korean, Japanese, even Hawaiian and South American cultures ( I am talking about the old South American cultures, before Europeans stripped them of their dignity and identity). I was watching this chinese serial and the hero was using the word "Ayyu", I got curious and found it's the same Ayyo we use in the south. So many things that we can't just ignore, looks like whole east was following one culture at some point of time in the past.

 

Sorry .. I have no time for a full 2-3 hr stretch movie with a 18 month old... ! I got to watch the pushpavalli series on prime.I did pick it up a couple of days back and absolutely loved it. If anybody else did , how did you like it ?I would recommend watching a few episodes and continuing to watch if u are curious and wanting.

I watched "Never Have I Ever...." - a show by Mindy Kaling, around 3 days back. I enjoyed it, but it left me wondering, "What is happening to Indian society?". The show makes us Indians look confused and immoral and Americans in a much better light. The only thing is that I cannot say it is an exaggeration and Indians are portrayed wrongly. Yes, there are a couple of inaccuracies but for the most part it is a true representation of current Indian society. We are promoting immorality under the name of advancement, progress and feminism, using culture for convenience, that's what I felt when I watched this show. I hope we realize we are heading the wrong way before it is too late.

 

Android Kunjappan version 5.25 - nicely pictorised the emotional needs of the aged parent. Suraj acted well, at first he was skeptical then transformed emotionally attached to the robot. good watch.

 

Watched another Kdrama, Because this is my first life. This is another beautiful story of adulthood crisis.
Loved the lead actress she is too cute!
