I just grind it into a coarse paste without adding water and freeze in ice trays. I then remove the cubes and put them back in the freezer.
If at all you cook make a paste n keep? Can be used in palak paneer, palak chapatti, palak puri ,palak kichadi. But honestly I don't know the shelf life of this.

Nutrition wise fresh fruits,vegetables, leafy veggies, herbs are best. But as per the current situation we need to use every ingredient wisely and opt for a 0% waste policy, that’s why freezing is a good choice.

Somewhere i read, since then using that.. chopping off roots and edges of the greens and remove rotten pieces from bunch if there any. I put it in a plastic cover will not tie it tight and won't put any other weight over that cover. It works for me upto 10days
I have been doing this since a long time as I only visit the Indian stores once in every 2-3 weeks.I microwave any excess curry leaves smeared with little oil. This is much needed in these times as I am using less amount of curry leaves.
