10 Minute Abs Exercise For 2 Week

    I am not having the ab pain which I had when I started before my periods time. Initially I did in area rug but now doing in yoga mat. Don’t know am I not doing the exercise properly or not. Initially I can’t do cycle exercise but now I can almost touch my elbow to my knee while doing it. Hope it is good sign.

    I can slowly try reverse leg crunch now.

    I was lazy in the morning to do but I did the exercise through the day when time permits.

    Since it is lockdown,evening times I am doing 7 minutes 7 day workout with family. Legs started to pain.

    Oh is it from Jillians app? When our body is new to certain exercises like squats lunges etc it starts to ache but the pain vanishes within a couple of weeks.It happened with me too. Just workout carefully in way not to hurt your knees.

    @kveena.. Very true. You have to be careful while doing exercises. It will can't injure your knees.
    I have my own experience. I started a new walking routine in the hilly roads( inside my community only. My community roads have more ups and downs. Kind of mountain trail).
    I did this for a month in August 2019. My knee pain started in September. I am still having the knee pain. Been to many doctors and multiple MRIs. Kneecap misaligned. Nothing conclusive yet. Going to PT and they said it might take time to get better. Now, I am not able to bend and stretch my legs. All my daily activities is a big struggle to do now. I totally stopped my exercises and workout. I am doing only my PT exercises and Leslie walk sometimes.
