    Requirements:

    - 250 g Walnut
    - 250 g Dates
    - 250 grams dried grapes
    - 250 g of almonds
    - 250 g Melon seeds
    - A little cashew, A little pistachio give good taste but better to skip it.
    - 250 g of prossed channa dal ( Pottukkadalai )
    - 250 g of roasted peanuts
    - A handful of dry Coconut pieces (if needed)
    - 125 g of millet (thinai)
    - 100 g of Jaggery
    - Honey - as per requirement ( we have to make laddu )

    Method:

    - Dry fry Millet (thinai)
    - You must get good aroma from it. Keep aside.
    - Bring it to room temp. then grind it as fine powder.
    - Then put all the other ingredients into a mixer grinder and just inch it.
    - Put them on a plate and pour honey.
    - Make small small laddus out of it.
    - Delicious and nutritious 'Dry Fruits Laddus' ready to serve.

    Note:

-You can also add sugar candy or palm jaggery or palm candy instead of jaggery .

    - Instead of a 'inching' in the mixie, you can cut all dry fruits into small pieces and just powder the Millet and then make laddu.

Children and adults can eat this .... you can make small small laddus say , 30 - 35 grams; and you can take two for breakfast and go to school / office. You will not feel hungry till noon. All of the above are maximum protein and Omega3. So it is good for health. Cashews and pistachios are rich in cholesterol . That's why I asked you to add less quantity or don't add atall.

This can also be called Power Balls ! :)
