    Now 105 kilo.... Maintain this weight last two month.

    8th March 2020
    COFFEE
    Bread toast 3slices
    Idly 6 with sambar
    Tea
    Coffee
    Popcorn
    2 Chappathi and 2 Idly with onion kurma.

    No physical activity.

    might you don't know me but sometime you responded to my post. I am sailing on same boat from last 10 years. I restarted my journey last year on 13th June 2019 wih the name also. after six month, i again login indusladies and my weight is almost stuck on 75 kg from last 8-9 months but the changes the lifestyle modification bring me is tremendrous. So even you are not finding any change in scale. I believe your body is internally healing with good lifestyle. Let do each day best. Don't worry too much about weight. It will drop someday.

    I stuck with weight loss journey.... I'm always plan for results. Not implementation that's my drawback. My scale doesn't move these year. I hope it moves backwards this time... Let's motivate together... I'm waiting to change my external appearance day by day. You too hope!

    I don’t see you eating salad at all. Instead of bread idli can u eat lot of salad every day? Cucumbers carrots lettuce spinach beetroot etc? U can grind all this and drink as smoothie. If you don’t like taste add any fruits. Replace one meal at least with salad or smoothie. Good luck take care
