Starting A New Weight Loss Thread - Sap From Oct 1 2019

    Unwell Today. was tired and like worn out
    wanted to sleep the whole day.. but still pushed to work ..

    So skipped from Diet.. Iam not at all motivating you guys..

    had 1 bowl pongal + coconut chutney
    2 coffee
    2 green tea
    1 cucumber + 1 carrot
    rice + dhal+ rasam+curd for lunch :((

    for Dinner - 1/4 Gril Chicken and 1 roti

    No work out today!!!

    17th Oct..

    1 coffee
    250 Ml - 2 tsp Oziva + 1/2 cup water + 1/2 cup milk + 1 banana - Blend smoothie with 1 tsp chia seeds
    2 digestive biscuits
    1 Green tea
    packed 1 cup beets poriyal + 200 ml pumkin soup
    ..... Will updte post that..

    But.. i am done with my workout at the Gym today..
    15 mins Cross Trainer
    10 mins treadmill
    stick - 2 variations - 20 * 2 sets
    lie down and pull the rope down - 10* 4
    sit up and pul the rope - 10* 4
    single leg raises - 2 sets
    double leg raised - 2 sets
    crunches - 2 sets

    Lunch - mushroom fry, yellow pumpkin fry
    Snack - badam
    Dinner - apple, orange

    Work out - crunches

    Oct 18th
    Breakfast - corn
    Lunch - carrot beans fry, brinjal fry
    Snacks - paalkova(colleague brought)
    Dinner - apple, guava

    Work out - crunches

    I'd like to join as well. I've never really cooked and that has really made me gain the extra weight. I saw some simple items like making oats that I think I'll try and see how it comes out...keeping my fingers crossed.

    Hi friends,
    I would like to join, I took a week break due to health issues and I restarted my routine from October 21.

    I am a JM fan and I workout 5 days a week while keeping track of exercise and diet through Fitbit and HealthifyMe apps.It gets kind of boring and monotonous, so I think it will be exciting to track and share Inch loss on a monthly basis while checking weight on a weekly basis.

    I was travelling and no access to this site and internet. it is very difficult to access via mobile and update the status..
    back on Friday.. nov 8th and was down with fever.. restarting my workout and diet from today...

    My Update

    Current Weight - 54.2 kg
    Belly - 31-32 cm(always fluctuates)

    Lot of functions in the last 10 days, so ate stomach full...
    Back on track from today...
