    That is the easy part. I plan meals the week before as I am the only one who cooks. I mix and match with available items. Thanks for starting this thread!

    OCT 4 - OCT6

    The food was out of control. Couldnt diet.
    Pooja at home, office and where ever i went.. it was just food..

    Even when the tummy was full, eyes weren't... i have a sorry face here!!!

    So... finally made up mind to get back to gym..

    Oct 6th 2019.. No diet,
    But gym work out as below:

    20 Mins cross trainer
    10 Mins treadmill
    stand and pass the ball 30 * 2 sets
    hold the ball and keep it on the sides 20* 3 sets
    stick - sides and twist - 20* 2 sets
    plank 30 Secs * 3
    Single leg raise - 10*3
    lie down and cycle - 10*3

    Hi Friends,

    I am joining u...
    I want to reduce 5 kgs and 4 inches belly.
    I am already into diet and will travel with u all..

    Oct 8th - update
    Workout - 6*2 rounds of suryanamaskar
    Breakfast - Panneer and Capsicum fry
    Lunch - Yellow pumpkin dry fry and Snake guard dry fry (NO RICE)
    Snacks - 25 badam
    Dinner - will be apple and guava

    No tea, no coffee, no sugar, no rice and no chapathi..

    I could see considerable difference in my weight and inches...

    My current weight - 53 kgs(2 kgs lost in 30 days) - 3 more kgs to go
    PS: I am very short so my ideal weight is 50kgs only

    Hi,

    I am a pure vegetarian with little hypothyroid problem..
    so both keto and paleo doesn't suite me...

    So i framed a diet for myself..
    No rice, no chapathi, no idly, no parotta, no sugar...
    From my young age i am not drinking tea/cofee,so followed the same...

    I am eating all sundals(ground nut, green gram, chick pea, Rajma,etc...)
    Having mushroom and Panneer..
    All veggies except potato and yam..
    All fruits....

    BF - idli 4 + coconut chutney

    1 coffee

    2 green tea

    Lunch - Veg fried rice and gravy

    Dinner - dal kichadi and pickle

    --- Workouts @ Gym

    20 Mins cross trainer
    10 mins cycling
    10 mins treadmill

    stick - twist - 20 * 2
    stick - side bends - 20*2

    lie down single leg lifts - 10 *3
    lie down and cycle - 10*3
    lie down - both leg lifts 10*3
    plank hold 20 counts * 3
    Plank position - cross hand touch 10 * 2
    lie down alternate leg & hand touch 10*3

    Lunch - bottle guard fry, curd
    Snacks - 25 badam
    Dinner - 2 sesame balls, 1 apple

    6*2 surya namaskar
    Did some crunches seeing you tube videos

    Water intake was very less... Have to make it to 3 ltrs tomorrow

    Bf - Semiya upma

    2 coffee

    2 green tea

    Lunch - veg briyani and curds

    Dinner - chappathi & cabbage dal

    Snacks - 1 Guava, 1 kiwi and 1 apple

    Pre work out drink - 2 tsp - Oziva + 1/2 cup slim milk + 1 tsp chia seeds and blend and drink

    Workout :

    15 mins treadmill
    10 mins cycling
    50 times skipping with rope
    forward bend touch toe - 10 * 3 sets
    stick 2 variations - 20*2
    pass the ball (3kgs) back to back 30*2
    plank 30 secs hold *2
    4 round jogging * 2
