It'ss not the years in your life that count. It's the life in your years

We all go through aging. When we are above sixty as long as we are healthy no problems. But when we have health problems everything seems difficult. Aging is difficult at times but we have to go through it. Even though ourphysical appearance changes our spirit does not. If our heart is young then we don’t become old. When old we must be always active then we don’t feel old. In old age also we can learn so many things. The greatestthing in life is to keep our mind young.

After Sixty I never felt that I am growing old. But of late because of my health problems I feel I am getting old. But still I try to be active so that I don’t become lazy. I still have the desire to go out , dress nicely and be fit for anything. In my freetime I make jewellery to pass my time and forget my worries. Since children are out of city think of their happiness and dont want them to struggle. Today we had gone to the bank and the guy there was saying he saw my husband for the first time. Since we had to go out he came with me. Otherwsie all bank work and other work I only do it. He goes to help when there is a death.

Now Navratri is coming hope I am able to do everything , make sweet in the mornings and chundal in the evenings and invite the ladies and attend to them. Praying to God to give me strength

Getting old is a natural process where things are slowing dowanyou'll begin to see that the sparkle in your heart and the twinkle in your eyes make you beautiful in a way that's benot achievable in youth.the complete life, the perfect pattern, includes old age as well as youth and maturity. The beauty of the morning and the radiance of noon are good, but it would be a very silly person who drew the curtains and turned on the light in order to shut out the tranquillity of the evening. Old age has its pleasures, which, though different, are not less than the pleasures of youth.
    W. SOMERSET MAUGHAM,

“Age is something that doesn’t matter –
unless you’re a bottle of wine.”

You are only as old as you think you are.
If you embrace new opportunities, seek new learning and
stay motivated and lively at heart,
    you can still do anything.
In fact, given the wisdom and experience
you have amassed over the years,
you can probably do more today than
you have ever been able to do before!

Stay in touch with the world and
    no matter what your age,
the world will stay in touch with you!

Those who burn their candles only on one end... and do it only when dark, tend to manage their life rather well.

:hello:From childhood to granny-hood or grand-pa, person matures attains aplomb serenity and at some point of time in chronological age he or she turns child like once again child to prove Wordsworth quote “ child is father of the man”. We are getting into child-like with enormous maturity or and experience as back up.
We refuse to age at least mentally.

    Stay blessed sisterJi
