    I am going strong

    Thanks for starting this thread! I have a wedding to attend in a few months and want to fit into my Indian clothes ( plus lose the double roti around my waist).

    My general meal plan that I am already following:

    A) breakfast : oats in some form ( dosa or simple lightly sweetened cooked oats/ overnight oats ) with one cup of tea/ coffee or ragi dosa.

    B) lunch at noon: Mediterranean chickpea/beans salad and a fruit or mint chutney sandwich with cucumbers ( rice with dal and veggies, once a week)

    C) Evening tea with one banana

    D) Dinner : fruits or boiled eggs , one cup of milk

    Excercise: two minutes brisk walking everyday, gym once a week.

    today's :

    BF : two brown bread sandwiches with coriander chutney and veggies . tea with 3 cookies
    Lunch: Broccoli , potato , cucumber salad + small cup of rice + guava
    Dinner : two rotis + cabbage opos curry :)

    so far able to keep 14 hrs gap in between.

    BF: brown bread with jam , tea
    mid morning snack : two DD hash browns packets , thin bagel
    Lunch : wheat burrito with orange
    dinner : two oats dosa with cabbage sabzi

    todays :
    BF: one dosa , one guava , tea
    lunch : sweet potato , beet , purple potato salad , buttermilk
    dinner : mini idlis with oats batter

    Lunch: roti+lauki sabzi+curd
    Dinner : salad
    Snacks : fruits + peanut jaggery chikki maybe

    evening snack : coffee
    dinner : thin crust pizza with no cheese + samosa

    BF : salad with sweet potato, cucumber , potato , beet with murmura + tea
    Lunch :salad
    dinner : 2 bajra roti + lauki sabzi

    Thanks @SGBV for opening this thread at the right time.. This time i’m Sure i’ll try my level best to reduce few kgs.. all the best friends..

    My breakfast
    2 slices whole wheat bread with peanut butter.
    Snack: 1 pomegranate

    Exercise: hatha yoga for 30 mins.
