The event was over as Tulasi and her father were waiting for Mr. SadhaSivam.

“Natraj! How are you?!!!” – SadhaSivam asked as he walked towards them.

“Am Good Sadha! How are you?” – Natraj asked humbly

“Its years since we met!” – SadhaSivam hugged his friend at once.

“Yeah!” – Natraj smiled heart fully.

“This is Tulasi!” – Natraj introduced his daughter

“Hi dear!” – SadhaSivam smiled and Tulasi smiled back.

“Wait! Let me introduce my son!” - Natraj took his mobile

“Come quick my boy” – SadhaSivam

In few minutes, Krishna arrived there and Tulasi’s heart was pounding.

“Hey!!! The Karate Guy! Wow” – Tulasi wanted to shout

“God you are so sweet! Love you ummah” – Tulasi murmured and with utmost effort controlled her excitement and kept a formal face.

“Vamsi! This is Natraj! My school friend! Happened to meet him after years!” – Natraj

“Hello uncle!” – Vamsi smiled and touched his feet at once.

Natraj raised his eyebrows at once.

“May God bless you” – Natraj said humbly. Tulasi tried her best not to stare at him.

“And this is Tulasi! His daughter!” – Sivam

Vamsi flashed a quick formal smile and Tulasi reciprocated the same but her lips were not getting back to the normal state. They wanted to smile forever seeing his face. Tulasi tried to hide her lips with her palm and she couldn’t stop smiling.

“Thank you so much God!!! Never knew you are this kind!” – Tulasi murmured

Something in him attracted Tulasi and she was floating already. Its because of his looks or his matured way of conducting himself or his skill or everything together? Tulasi didn’t want to categorize. She just enjoyed the moment and loved it.


“Ok then! Lets move!” – Sivam

“Dad! I need to go to the library!” – Vamsi

“Yeah I forgot! Carry on!” - Sivam.

Tulasi, her father and Sivam started from them with their luggage. Tulasi was almost exhausted when they reached home.

“This is our house!” – Sivam said as the car stopped.

Tulasi opened her eyes widely! The house was too big and she couldn’t imagine she is going to step into that house.

That was a huge gate and Tulasi kept looking at that house with astonishment.

As they got down, Sivam’s wife welcomed them.

“Natraj! She is Samyuktha!” – Sivam

“Hello! I am sure you wont remember me! But I had been to your wedding” – Natraj said with a smile

“Brother! I agree I don’t remember! But last week I was given a thorough session about you and I immediately found you in our wedding album” – Samyuktha said with a big laugh and Sivam pretended to be angry on her.

“Oh! He told you everything about me?!!” – Natraj

“Yes! But only good things! So you can relax” – Samyuktha laughed

“Thank God!!!” – Natraj laughed with her.

Tulasi kept looking at her dad! It was her first time witnessing her father at ease.

“And she is Tulasi! My only daughter” – Natraj introduced her.

“Hi Tulasi dear!!!” – Samyuktha welcomed her with a big hug and a kiss on her cheeks.

“What?!” -Tulasi jerked

“Hello aunty” – Tulasi said formally.

“You can call me Sam” – Samyuktha said all of a sudden and Tulasi felt very awkward.

“I don’t even know her! I should call her as Sam” – Tulasi frowned

“Come in both of you” – Samyuktha welcome them happily. Tulasi stepped in as she thought of Samyuktha aunty! She is very unusual and highly enthusiastic for her age.

Tulasi opened the car door to take her luggage and at once Sivam stopped her.

"Leave it dear! It will reach your room!" - Sivam

"Its ok uncle! No problem! Let me carry my luggage! Why to trouble others!" - Tulasi said as she pulled the luggage.

As Tulasi stepped in, she could see a lovely house with high end interior.

“Please sit! I will come in a minute” – Samyuktha

In another two minutes, father and daughter were served with plenty of snacks and Tulasi just loved it.

“Tulasi! Enough dear!” – Natraj whispered in her ears

“Dad! Everything is tasty! I couldn’t control” – Tulasi said as she served herself more.

“Oh God!” – Natraj murmured with embarrassment.

When both were done, Samyuktha came to Tulasi

“Let the men have their talks! After all school friends! You come with me! Lets have fun”- Samyuktha said as she took Tulasi’s hand.

“Fun with you?!!” – Tulasi couldn’t understand

“But aunty….! Let me be here…” – Tulasi hesitated

“Come on!” – Samyuktha pulled Tulasi and she was already following Samyuktha.

“Aunty but….!” – Tulasi

“I will show your room! We have a separate portion in the first floor! That’s where you are going to stay” – Samyuktha

“Oh yeah! Dad told me” – Tulasi

As Samyuktha opened the room, it was as if a dream world for Tulasi. Her jaw dropped for a moment.

It was designed in a fairy tale theme and Tulasi did not know how to react. All of a sudden she felt unsafe in the new city. She got reminded of her grandma, Mary aunty and Joyal! Her thoughts were drifting towards her home.

“Do you like your room?!!” – Samyuktha asked with excitement and Tulasi couldn’t say anything.

It looked like a palace for her.

“Aunty…. but… I don’t need….” – Tulasi wanted to complete. It was embarrassing for her to stay in that big room.

“Come on! Just say whether you like it or not.” – Samyuktha asked and Tulasi wasn’t at peace seeing everything.

She wanted to run away to her dad at once.
