have a bite of something that's rare

I am all decked up in colours of yellow and green
On the plate how I preen

I have silverware that matches my style
Just looking at me your face lights up a smile.

I am served in a plate that's royal blue
Just make sure loudly you don't chew

Not quite the picture I could write something on but I tried.

 

I come in colours yellow, green, orange and red
I can be pointy, round, small, long, tapered, or bell shaped.

You can roast me, fry me or even eat me raw
Just be careful or I might even set your tongue on fire
What am I?
