    I try with diet and fail if i dont post here. Start posting and feel the difference.

    Dont feel bad, you might be still lactating so you can workout as advised by Dr as the first step

    after a long break, have started my journey, but this time i am determined to loose the rest of the weight..lets see!

    EM- Coffee
    BF-Oats+Buttermilk
    Mid Day- Pomegranate
    Lunch-Brown Rice+ Snake guard+cabbage
    Evening- Tea
    Planning to have a pear for dinner

    Exer- 15 mins treadmill, 30 mins cycling

    Hit a plateau, that too for a while now. Target is 2 kgs. Lemme try n update.

    Lunch brown rice, plantain stem, curd
    Eve- 2 small onion filler dosa
    Dinner Fruit bowl

    Exer 1 hour in gym
    Water 2 L

    BF bamboo rice+ millets brown rice idly
    Mid day Carrots
    Lunch brown rice + beetroot+curd
    Eve- tea+ puffed rice
    Night- apple 1

    Water 1.5L
    Exer- 1 hour cycling in gym

    Took a lot of work but finally crossed that plateau. Lost 1.5.

    Next target: Now onto another 2 kgs.
