I'm facing many issues about a week before periods, I,e lower abdominal cramps, lower back pain, severe breast pain and breast heaviness, pimples on face, nausea, low energy levels, short temper and tendency to shout etc...
I know it's common issue, but I don't want to pop over the counter painkillers..as they cause dizziness and I don't wanna get addicted to pain killers...
Actually this PMS issue was there from many years...
Now it's worse ...doing regular exercise like walking helps sometimes but not every time...
    Any supplements that can help?
I heard about "evening primrose oil"..
Anyone used and benefited from it for PMS?
Should, I buy oil or tablet capsule form?
    I'm living in India...
Please suggest good product and how to use it...
Will it help in balancing hormones and clearing acne also?
Any other supplements or home remedies that may help?

Go see your gynecologist. Supplements did nothing for me, at least.

Did you try Vitamin e capsules? They are effective to some extent. Consult a gynaecologist

Can you check your hormones? When I had aggravated symptoms , I noticed after tests that my hormones were wacky..Once they were regulated, the symptoms were much tolerable..Even a simple thing like too many pimples has hormone imbalance to be blamed..So pls get checked..

I think this has helped me a bit, soak 6-8 raisins overnight and have it empty stomach in the morning
Do the Child pose in yoga, to relieve cramps. Stretching does help, you need to figure which poses help you best
