Is beet greens in a spicy yoghurt - more like raita? Just the greens alone?

@shodin go for it if you like to have it.... i had been eyeing it for quite sometime....then one day, dd got it for me when she was on a assignment abroad.. and it has been keeping me company for a year now..a gift from the kids is dear.

aloe vera is bitter if not washed well..once you wash, you can add it to juice or have it straight laced in butter milk..

and that is yummy food..only one suggestion replace the orange from the evening snack to morning snack..and some chana or a few nuts as snacks in the evening.. a fruit in the morning works the best.

only this morning was telling dh, that summer is here and our go to breakfast would be koozhu..ragi, jowar, bajra all three give some yum ones..mix and match..

@cheenu123 be a darling, post the ingredients picture from your jar..not a nutritionist, but we will find the reason why we need to keep away from these products.. a trainer, who helped my son couple of years back, forced a jar of something similar, oh boy it costs a bomb too.. and after a fwe servings asked him to stop, once i saw all the key ingredients.. sometimes do what we do, it is all about controlled portions

on that note something i have been toying, but have not found the time to write about..portions ..servings and sizes.. did you know, a scoop inside your cereal or drink actually has more than what is said.. the allowed margin is around 2% while sometimes i hear it is now going around 20%. a friend who uses a trainer and coach says she has been asked by her trainer to weigh her food.. yes weigh everything she eats.. and she said a serving of some cookie that said 28gms actually ended up at 34gms.. so maybe there is some message out there..
