Weight Loss Group - 2019

    Hello Friends,

    I would like to join this group for my weight loss.

    What are the main suggestions to opt for to begin weigth loss.

    I go to work and most of the time i m sitting on the chait for 8 to 9 hours.

    Hi dear welcome to our group.
    We do have strong members who are sticking to their weight loss journey.
    Everyday at least 30 minutes heavy exercise. Can be zumba, boot camp, HIIT, strength training anything. You can get the 30 minutes videos in youtube.
    Start dieting. Diet is very much important in the weight loss journey. Eat more proteins, fruits and vegetables and less carbs. Try different salads and comedown to something which you are able to follow.
    Get an app(myfitness pal,healthifyme, etc) count calories of your food in take roughly. You no need to follow strictly but at least get an rough idea and stick to healthy side.
    Drink lots of water. ( I am very bad in this:grin:).
    Everyday if possible walk 10,000 steps.

    Welcome friend,
    Weight loss = lifestyle change
    basic things to do is
    Eat right...
    Do proper exercise
    Drink more water
    Sleep adequate
    Stay relaxed
    Extra required is
    Determination, consistency & patience.
    This is my understanding...
    You will get lot of information in our forum. So take time and go through the threads.

    I have started with Fitness goal as well.
    Starting Weight - 67 kg
    Current Weight - 66 kg
    Goal - Increase stamina, endurance and reduce to 60 kg.

    I started with Pilates in Feb 2nd week. Now enrolled in a gym with a trainer for 12 months.
    Lost 1 kg in 3 weeks. Changed nutrition to include more protien & fat and less carbs.

    Hello every one..would like to join you all.. I have put on around 15 kgs post my second delivery...i have managed to loose around 9kgs last year but had to give up my weight-loss journey due to my personal commitments. Am back to reduce the another 8 kgs ..

    27.2.19
    Honey+hot water
    Tea
    Oats+curd
    Mid day- snake guard
    Rice+2 veggies+dal
    Eve- Tea+1 biscuit
    Night- 1 pomegranate

    Exer- Gm workout for an hour
