Ok, in my opinion, you should try taking supplements for 3 months before starting IVF again. Its possible your diet is not optimal. If you can read "It all starts with an egg" book, they tell you that supplements help improve and increase egg quality. I specially recommend that you try adding Ubiquinol for the 3 months and have seen positive results for many friends.

    Hi Sabrina,
Thank you I will read this book. I've been on a supplement called kaneka ubiquinol, which is form of Coq10 prior to IVf but not after it. Was not on it for 3 months. I'll try to take it regularly now. Thank you for pointing it.

Yeah its important to use CoQ10 3 to 6 months BEFORE starting IVF for good results, as book mentions. Also, Your husband should take multi-vitamin everyday for 3 months as well. I've heard that it helps as well.

    Thank you dear.
I read that the book says 600mg to be taken. I was only taking 100 mg. I'll try to find higher dosage in India. I will also find a multivitamin for my DH. Thanks for letting me know. I was not paying attention to this. Thanks a ton.

Yes, research has used 100 to 600 mg of CoQ10 per day for support. In addition, a water and fat-soluble form absorbs better. Good luck!

    Dear Rekha
I don't have any Dr related advice to offer but would suggest that you take a break for 2 months and then start the process fresh .l was in a similar situation with failed IVF and a previous miscarriage . I took a break of few months and restarted the process and it eventually worked out. I am sure it will work out for you too. Wishing you all the happiness and success in this new year
