    Method of preparation for TEA CAKE
    *soften butter with vanilla essence.
    * gradually beat in sugar ,continue until soft, white & fluffy.
    * add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
    * sift flour, baking powder & salt. fold into mixture alternatively with milk.
    * turn into well greased tin. bake 50-60 minutes in a moderate oven @ 190 degree centrigrade
    * allow to stand in a few minutes before turning out.

    ** butter & sugar in equal quantities
    ** for 1 sugar& butter ,take 3 eggs
    ** for 1 sugar & butter, take 1&1/2, flour
    **** baking powder 1/2 tsp
    ** milk - to get the required consistency
    * vanilla essence- few drops.

    No Eggs Tea Cake:
    1. 1 cup maida
    2. 1 cup milkmaid
    3. 1 tsp vannilla extract
    4. 1/8th spoon baking powder
    5. a pinch baking soda
    6. butter one slice
    Beat all ingredients in a bowl
    Apply butter to tray and shift bowl
    Keep in preheated oven at 180 Degree for 25 minutes
    take out cool cut and serve

    Cup cake:
    Take a porcelien mug
    addd 2 tsp of wheat flour
    a pinch of baking powder
    a pinch of baking soda
    a tsp of coco powder
    2 tsp of milkmaid
    2 tsp oil
    2 tsp nuts
    mix all in the cup and keep in preheated oven for 15 minutes at 180 degree
    Your mug cake is ready.. serve with a topping of icecream

    After reading the title, I remember Dilpasand/Dilkush back in India. It used to be my favourite!
    I’m missing them badly. Need to check Indian bakeries here
