    hello beauties,

    Over last 4 years I gained around 20 kgs and now I stand at 83.6 kg. I am starting a serious journey.
    I am working mom of 2 young kids so my hands are fully full but I am so determined to loose weight. So ladies join me and come on hit the road , rock the world..

    30 aug weight 83.6 kg

    We will weight every Tuesday mornings

    31st aug goal :

    1 . 8 glass water
    2. No junk
    3 . 45 mins any exercise

    I am in. I have gained a lot of weight over the years too. I have tried to clean my food habits and exercise many times. But a few hard days at work and home and the bad habits come back and mess up everything again.

    I need to lose a good 30 lbs. My objective is portion control and working out for atleast 20 mins per day.

    I hope to weight again next Sunday. My current weight is 185 lbs.

    Hi Gupta,
    Im in with you. In your post I think you meant 30th July, instead of 30th Aug?
    Did you stay out of junk and 45 mins excercise?
    Im now 80 kgs and I should be 50 as per my height. Need to loose 30kgs.

    Lets start. Hope we achieve our targets.

    Im in....Im now 72 kgs.....have to be 60 kgs....Also have high bp (hereditary) and border line Sugar....

    Along with border line sugar, i have 2 great gifts : Thyroid and PCOS. Im fed up trying to reduce my weight. Sometimes I feel instead of dieting and excercise which dont have any effect on my weight, let me eat and enkoy life and die soon

    How are you girls doing? Today is my weigh in day. Current weight: 184.2 lb.

    That's a weight loss of 0.8 lbs. I was hoping for a bit more, but undauntedly we had a grand celebration yesterday night followed by meals. That spoiled my weight loss and weigh in today to some extent. Looking forward to next week.

    Drinking luke warm water with lime and one spoon ACV in empty stomach helps a lot....Along with that atleast half an hour morning brisk walk and a good healthy diet helps

    Welcome sangeeta, archana and Mimi..
    I am back , sorry was toooooooo busy in my job kids home and exercise, so I lost 1 lb, I m 83 kgs now , so let’s keep Sunday our weight day.
    And we promiss to each other , no junk , no oil , no sugar and no extra carb..
    8 glass water and 1 hr exercise...
    trust me if I can spare 1 hr, u can too..
    Tell me u r in...

    Today no junk,
    Almost 1.5 hr exercise
    4-5 glass water
