Our little one is 3 years old and he doesn't drink milk at all. He used to have cereal with milk, till few weeks back. He is not liking that any more. I try to give him yogurt and cheese but he doesn't eat it on regular basis. Is it okay to give flavored milk for kids? He likes Chocolate milk.

My son is also not good at drinking milk.i try to make it more interesting using rose syrup or chocolate mix. He's still a poor drinker, but at least he likes these flavors.

Try switching to A2 milk. It is recommended for those who have trouble digesting A1 dairy.

My little one used to drink milk a lot, and everyone used to say wow ! Then all of a sudden it stopped, did not drink even a drop. I even tried chocolate milk, almond milk, etc, but end result was nothing. I mixed many foods with milk and started giving that, I just wanted milk to get into the tummy by any means Yes, you can try chocolate milk, or brands like bournvita or junior horlicks

As a doctor, I would advice dont force if kid doesnt want to drink milk.
Nowadays the milk we get (even branded ones) are adultered and contain hormones (injected to cow to increase milk production).
So I will say a 3yr old child can eat anything so you can give other forms of diary to fulfil needs of calcium like
    1. cheese - not cheese spread or processed cheese slices but give cheddar or mozerella cheese . . you can give it by shredding it on whole wheat bread and toasting it on tawa.

    2. Paneer - is good source of calcium. Make dishes with panneer.

    3. Ragi - very rich in calcium...you can make ragi idlis, ragi porridge, ragi dosas

Yes diary products like curd, cheese and paneer are also made of milk and sadly we cannot know what type of milk they use...but they are easily digestable than the milk.
