    27 May watermelon juice and 1.5 bread
    carrot, cucumber, almond
    1 tbsp rice, sambar, aviyal, beetroot
    jaggery and rice flour sweet
    tea, salad, 1 bread
    watermelon, moong sprouts
    Walk - 40 mins

    28 May watermelon juice, 1 bread
    watermelon and walnut
    1 tbsp rice, drumstick thoran, moong sprouts curry, chilly pachadi
    1 tbsp icecream and chocolate
    plantain bajji and tea
    cumin water
    Walk - 30 mins

    29 May watermelon juice, soya beans
    watermelon,carrot and walnut
    1 tbsp rice, drumstick, cauliflower, chilly pachadi
    1 square chocolate
    Tea, 1 dosa and sambar and aval upma with half banana
    walk - 25 mins
    30 May watermelon juice and 1.5 bread
    watermelon and walnut
    1.5 tbsp rice, vathakuzhambu, cauliflower
    2 square chocolate
    figs
    1.5 slice pizza, veg salad,tea
    walk - 40 mins

    Wow.. that's great progress @Rakshini .. really good to know your successful weight loss journey.. our numbers are almost similar n my target is the same as yours.. good luck.. keep going..

    I feel like I spend less time n less tries in changing my clothes to even go for a walk.. which used to bug me before as I would hate the way the clothes fit n try till something is really loose n covers up.

    5th April: 78.4kg
    1st May 77.4kg
    8th May 77.7kg
    10th May 77.3kg
    11th May 77.2kg
    20th May76.3 kg
    31st May 77.3kg

    I get stuck on 77.4kg from last two months..... regular walking and excercise....tough some inch losses are there but need to cross 76Kg for motivation...at the end no gain no loss...:confundio1::confundio1::BangHead::oops:

    Any body can share carb cycling vegetarian diet with me and its concept...

    Hi all,

    Cant stop eating sweets. Stay at home and sweets around is breaking my promise of not taking sweets. Any suggestions.

    I can understand how you feel.proper diet, exercising but still the scale s not moving means just check ur calories and add weight training.may be u should consult a doctor and dietcian.bcos inspire of so much effort s u didn't progress means just consult ur doctor.

    Hi latha,even I ve a sweet tooth.i can't control once I see I go on and on.only option for us is not to buy.avoid buying junk.thats s d only option we have.
