    My body is getting in shape but weight stuck at 77.4 to 77.7kg....
    30minutes workout, clean eating, 3litre water, no sugar, half cup regular tea....

    2 rusks and tea
    carrot, cucumber apple salad
    2 tbsp rice, drumstick curry, kovakka poriyal 1 jamun
    1 bowl of walnut sausage
    poha upma and banana, tea
    Workout - 20 mins elliptical, 10 mins treadmill
    squats

    1 chapathi and toasted kerela banana
    green tea, cucumber, carrot and pomegranate
    1/2 banana
    1 tbsp rice, broad beans poriyal 1 jamun
    2.5 idlis
    walk - 30 mins

    i need to seriously loose quite a lot of weight... feeling embarrassed to even mention the number here... but my issue is i cannot eat before 8.00 as i am on my way back home from 6.00 to 8.30 pm... secondly i have serious lower back issues, due to which i cannot walk or stand for more than a few minutes, forget about brisk walking for 30 minutes.. but being a foodie i just love to eat, minus all the exercises... all this has increased my weight to this extent... how do i loose weight.. need some serious tips please...

    Calorie deficit will be the thing that can help you. It can make you lose weight with less or no exercise, personal experience.

    I recently read an article that said you can eat only junk everyday n can still lose weight as long as its in calorie deficit. Though it's bad for the health, it can still reduce the weight. So it's one concept.

    It takes time n patience to get used to it. So start slow. If you make big difference from day 1, most of the time we can't sustain.

    For eg, if you eat 5 Idli, bring it down to 4 then 3, then 2 over a period of a month.
    This example applies to almost everything.
    From Whole plate of rice to a bowl.
    White rice to brown rice.
    Replacing the chips n puffs to veggie sticks or fruits or home made low cal snacks. N keep it closer than junk food.
    Stop buying junk food at home.
    Reduce 2 tsp sugar to 1/2 in coffee/tea.
    Try green tea or warm water when you feel like having an extra cup.
    Increase water intake. Drink water whenever you 'think' you are hungry.
    Eat very light dinner at 8:30 - 1 roti / 1 dosa with veggies

    Once you start things like this, you will feel that you want to eat less (quantity) in a month, n it only keeps getting better month on month. You won't starve as our body adapts pretty fast when we keep working on it.

    I have lost 10 kgs in 4 months by eating calorie deficit food. No exercise due to my schedule. I take break days now n then. Don't starve or let the craving grow. Want a cake, have a spoon. Chocolate, a small piece.

    I totally agree with @ashneys want to add one small thing... @ndadrewala....just accept yourself...whatever you weigh... don't shy...it's just a number...once u start accepting and then only u can get yourself accounted to work for it.... I was weighing 90 kg in 2015 now 77.3kg in 2018( so long) but my hunger, energy and craving are in my control...
    Water is the key...
