    Started with 30 day rotational plan on April 9th to have fun and overcome boredom related to routine workouts.

    Here’s what I have done so far...
    April 9 - 30 day shred level 1
    April 10 - 30 day shred level 1
    April 11 - No More Trouble Zones
    April 12 - 30 day shred level 1
