    Week average was just around 2miles. But with trips there was lot of walking

    11k steps on Saturday
    17k steps on sunday.

    Finally nailed the 10k avg Last week.. yay somehow did it and took rest yesterday

    A 3 miles today.

    After tiring trip with my toddler and lots of walking it's just rest now walk today.

    Hi Shanvy,

    I am feeling stress because of my weight is increasing...
    I am not able to reduce after delivery.
    I am looking too big nowadays.
    I would like to get out from this stress.
    I want to update my workouts.

    I am looking fat since my childhood. I am foodie.
    I love to eat food items.
    before marriage, I maintain my weight 70 to 80 kilo.
    with the help of indusladies

    After marriage, I am not concentrate it.
    Then pregnancy and delivery....
    After delivery, I am increasing my weight.
    Now I am 107 kilo.
    I am so depress myself.
    i don't want to go out and mingle with others...

    I started love yourself thread.
    I am failed to update my activity.
    Because of laziness.
    I am reading weight loss success stories for motivation.
    Also reading self help books for avoid stress.
    I am unable to get out from this stress management

    I want to share my workouts.
    please, help me and relieve me from this stress.
