    Joining! Started 6 weeks ago at 66 Kgs. Target is 55 Kgs. Right now I am 63 kgs.
    8 more to go!

    Yesterdays menu:
    Breakfast: Mango+Banana smootie and coffee with 1/2 milk and 1/2 sugar (200 calories)
    snack: edamame beans (140 calories)
    Lunch: Ham and wedges (300 calories)
    Snack: green tea and handful of pretzles
    Dinner: 1 cup rice with chicken roast (no oil roast)

    @felonopsis : Have to reduce 10 for my health as I am now suffering from GERD because of my weight ! :( The forum is very motivating, hence joining ! ;)

    Few things I am following is :

    Dinner 3 hours before bedtime.
    Drinking warm water in morning with roasted and boiled jeera seeds. ( cant have lemon honey water as lemon is acidic for me :-/ )
    yoga/pilates/stretching classes - 1 hour sessions at least 3 times a week.
    plenty of warm water and herbal tea all thru the day.
    rice - only over weekend, and managed proportions.
    Lunch is mostly salads and soups. Proteins come from yogurt/lentils/beans/lean meat such as fish/chicken.
    Dinner light, very light.

    Looking to improve more on the exercise bit, but want to take it slow. First prepare my body strength with yoga and then move to more high intensity ones. lets see how it goes! :)

    Here is my log for the past 3 days
    5-Apr
    BF - Oats with milk and 1/2 cup cake
    SN - walnuts, carrot and a bite of sweet
    LN - Sathumaavu buttermilk porridge
    capsicum, beans and raw banana fry
    SN - cucumber, peacan,1 dates few dry grapes and leban
    DN - carrot and dhal soup
    Walk - 1 hr
    6-Apr
    BF - 2 beetroot poori
    LN - urad dal kanji- A big bowl
    SN - cookies 2 and 1 poori Tea
    DN - carrot and dhal soup
    Walk - 30 mins
    7-Apr
    Bf - sathumaavu puttu and banana
    LN- urad dal kanji- A big bowl
    SN - 1 scoop icecream
    DN - oats with milk
    Walk - 30 mins

    I checked my weight today and lost some grams.
    1 April - 84.5 kg
    8 April - 83.8 kg
