    As for as I am concerned my target will be 2 kg.thats 67.my strength s exercise and I can eat most taste less food also if it's good for weight loss but lazy in preparation for me alone.i am really working on my self control also . that's my weakness.
    I really go crazy around 6 to 7 in the evening.very hungry.thats my danger zone.if I cross that time I am ok.
    Anyways since we know our weaknesses try to overcome then we will win the battle of weight loss

    Hi kalcandu how are you doing .
    Even my husband remains in his idle weight more than 8 years.he has regular food,doesnt bother about fat,calories etc.but still he is same
    Men are different their metabolism will be more than women.
    Try all these diet tips and work out for 3 months if you didn't reduce then it's time to meet you physician.consult a endocrinologist for thyroid.its a silent killer

    Weight loss food can be very flavorful. It just requires a little balancing. Here's what I try..

    I make the same healthy option for all until unless I want something really specific for my needs, rest of the regular food like rice, tiffin, gravies, side dishes, etc are made for the whole family.

    I just swap out some ingredients for some healthier options, few examples., less oil n good oil, I use a lot of spices n herbs (so it tastes very flavourful), brown rice for plain rice, rice Idli dosa batter for millets, heavy pongal for brown rice Moong Dal pongal, spinach rice, etc..

    So everyone gets balanced, natural, healthier meals with good taste n varieties including me, n my 9 year old finally eats many vegetables this way, calls it yummy n requests me to make it again.

    During your peak hunger time, keep a lot of your favourite fruits n veggies, boiled n spiced channa, Low cal cracker, etc., so you won't reach for unhealthy options or have your dinner around that time, it's a really good time to have dinner.

    Not much change in weight in March for me..
    Was 68.8 on 1st March and now it is 68.7kg.

    Target for April -2 kgs

    Hello everyone..I have reduced 1 .5 kgs this month(from March 3rd to April 3rd)..feeling positive after seeing a drop in the weight scale.. :grinning:
    Also checked my Thyroid levels and I has come to a normal level(On medication)
