    Hi

    I could not follow the challenge today(no exercise, 1L water). Sorry about that.

    Today my schedule was as follows

    Breakfast: 2 adais with milagai podi, one cup milk
    Lunch: 3 sukhi rotis with tomato capsicum paneer curry
    Evening snack: thengozal
    Night: Grapes and sweet corn, 1 cup milk

    I have made plan to go daily morning walk from tomorrow with hubby and convinced him also to go on diet with me

    Day 3: 10000 steps, 3 liter water, one cup green tea.....but diet not much satisfactory....

    Day 4:
    Early morning: Hot water+ half cup tea+ half idli
    BF: one big bowl Soup and salad and papaya
    Mid snack: fruit and soup
    Lunch: soup+ salad+paneer
    Evening: have to attend family marriage party: my focus would be taking healthy options...
    But i gain weight....even I control portion and choose wisely...

    Yesterday my wedding anniversary and I took whole day salad, soup and fruits....but a bite of cake+ small macroni home made+ aloo tikki home made with very little oil+ one slice of wheat base panner pizza+ sip of cold drink....ruined my 3 days effort.

    Weight today: 78.9 kg
    How to plan our diet for coming event?? We cannot avoid socialising and special occasion.

    7AM Tea
    10AM Paneer omlette without oil
    1AM Oats+buttermilk
    Carrot+beans+radish
    5PM Tea+peanuts
    7PM Cucumber salad
    8PM Cabbage Salad

    Work out 1 hour of workout(threadmill+cycling+elliptical)
    Water 3L
    Day 1 of challenge: Successful

    Try having a healthy snack like MW moong dhal or peanuts, just my 2 cents

    Today's menu:

    Breakfast: kabuli chana sundal, milk
    Lunch: 2 sukhi rotis, mixed veg curry, curd
    Evening: Tender coconut water drink
    Night: Same as morning

    45 mins walking, 1L water :-(

    I am happy I improved by exercising today. Whole day was positive because of exercising in early morning time. Thanks to all IL friends for the motivation. Next area of improvement is water intake!

    Hi Felonopsis n all dearie....

    I too want to join your group...
    Last year my weight was 72 kges....i reduced it 5 kges only..

    11th Feb : 67 kges

    please count me in and gimme suggestions to reduce weight....I want to reduce 7 kges.

    i was addicted to tea....i used to have 6 cups of tea in a day...palpitations started badly....so i completely left tea.
