Traditional Vegetarian South Indian Food Fremont

HI Ladies,
I am planning to start a traditional home cooked vegetarian south indian food for pick up service in fremont. it will include basic north indian foods as well for lunch mainly which can be picked up in the morning for working folks. I was wondering is there a demand for this in fremont.

Any insights are helpful thank you so much ladies.

There is lot of demand for home made food in Fremont, during the weekdays!
There are many home made north indian food services, but not for South Indian food. So it would be your best bet.!

If you're on nextdoor, you will see the demand for this kind of service. There is quite a lot of need, from what I see regularly posted there. I think we have quite a few people who provide this in the South Bay, but not that many in the East Bay. Good luck on your venture!
