    Thought we can have few challenges which can boost out weight loss ambitions..

    1. Complete dinner by 8
    2. Work out / walk at least 30 mins per day
    3. Have 1 salad bowl everyday

    1 point for each challenge, starting tomorrow.. We can do this for a week ??
    I am gonna update the points every day with my signature.

    Hi all,even I want to join this thread.
    I had my second c section on September.trying to reduce from then.
    Even I have increased 17 kg for my first pregnancy which was 5 years back.i managed to reduce 15 kg within 1 year.
    But this time,we have added responsibility (taking care of elder and younger one ).so we hardly get time and energy to concentrate on our health.
    I badly wanted to reduce all my extra weight which I got bcos of this pregnancy.i want to be healthy,look and feel good.(wanted to be a yummy mummy)
    We have to motivate each other and start loosing weight.good luck for each one you .it's never late.
