    Day-14(6th Jan) - Rest
    Day-15(7th Jan) - 30 mins yoga + FIRE stronger workout

    Tomorrow is the weighing day. I am feeling kind of bloating. Hope i would have reduced some weight in this week.

    Hi Ana, All the best. Let me know how much pound you lost. Today i tried FIRE strong work out. i feel it's so difficult. i can only able to do 15 mins... you did a great job. I am not sure i can able to do this.

    Dear Madhu,
    Try to modify it as per your fitness level and stick to it for 2/3 weeks. Slowly increase your pace. You can do it.
    Even i am not able to follow the pace of the slowest model. I am simplifying it to my need. Hope in next few weeks i will be able to pull it through.
    I am being regular for 2 weeks, reduced only 1 kg but could see my dresses fitting much better than few weeks back. Weighing m/c demotivates me but i am looking at it as my fitness plan for the year.

    Day-16(8th Jan) - 30 mins yoga + Iron stronger workout - 69.5 kg

    Day-17(9th Jan) - Soldier stronger workout

    My scale is not going down for past 1 week. Hope i am in right direction. If i complete 4 weeks of this challenge it will be a milestone for me... Another 1.5 weeks ahead. Lets see how much this workout is affecting my weight loss goal.

    Day-18(10th Jan) - no workout - too much of work :(
    Day-19(11th Jan) - Stronger- Ignition + 30 mins walk

    Day-20(12th Jan) - ignition Stronger workout
    Day-21(13th Jan) - Lots of work - No workout and heavy dinner
    Day-22(14th Jan) - Lots of work - diet out of control - More sweets
    Day-23(15th Jan) - No workout - 69.4 kgs... No change of weight for past 2 weeks..
