Unexplained infertility - Any other tests/options apart from IVF?

You are taking Ayurvedic treatment from
dr uppal for which ailment?

I dont mind all these things, you are not related to me in any way

So i have no issues discussing my ailments with you.
So chillax dear.

I have a history of 3 iui's and 3 ivf failure,

My amh value is 0.06, and my uterus shows a slight tilt along with two fibroids.
There is a tendency of formation of cysts ,
Process of natural egg formation is disturbed.
Thats not all

I have gone through numerous other tests,
Such as hsg,bt ct, homocysteine
Lucky part ANTINUCLEAR ANTIBODY,
Anti thyroidand , anti phospholipid are normal.
Tb pcr is also negative
So i have a couple of points to keep myself happy and feel positive.

These small positives boost me further ahead in my ttc journey.

So now for the errors i have, ie
Low amh
fibroids
uterus malpositioning
Cyst formation

For them i am taking Ayurvedic treatment from dr uppal.
I hope this answers your question.

All d best for ur treatment.
One small suggestion.
Pl rule out this by checking for Septum. In uterus , if there s Septum, we need to resection it. Otherwise , embedding problem ll be there.
I was ttc from 2006 to 2015. Till 2013 , none of the doctors found out this cause. Finally I gave up my treatments. That's y I m giving u dis suggestion.

An intelligent person like you have choosen dr uppal for your fertility issues.
This must be the apt choice.
Because you are very clear in your thoughts and this reflects in your writing

One more thing which i have learnt from you after reading your last message is to look at and to acknowledge your plus points aswell to feel happy and confident.
This fills you up with a lot of energy and will to fight all other odds.
A few pluses in your bag will make you feel very positive about ttc about life.

I cant handle so much of praise
Its really too much of flatter.
I can understand your emotions pretty well that's really very ok
But i am no intelligent person,
Just a simple person like all of us.
Its just chilhood experiences and some basic knowledge.
But all this is of no use until n unless i get some big benefits from it.

Whats the point of behaving smart , even when you know that these natural processes like conception birth death etc are beyond our control.
We can only prepare or train our bodies to assist in these processes.
Just taking dr uppal's help in this .
Now lets see what do I achieve and when?
Will have to keep patience for some time .

I m ok
Just had my menses
Smooth with no pains and no clots,
No premenstrual features, no irritability, no pains, no breast tenderness.
So this was something very relaxing.

Talking about overall health
Digestion is good,
Breathing problems better although this was a minor issues but still resolved.
Always had the urge to go to the loo repeatedly thats also better.
Gastric headache happened once may be beacuse i skipped my meal otherwise its ok.
Overall i am doing good

How are you?

I Went for my investigations
something remarkable has happened in my reports.
I had two fibroids in my uterus, one of them is not seen anymore.
And the right ovarian cyst is also gone.
There was formation of a 19 mm follicle as well.
That got ruptured on its own without any trigger.
Thus increasing my chances of natural conception.
As my uterine cavity is also clean , (that was checked in hysteroscopy which was performed after my failed ivf.)
Now i am waiting for my periods.
I hope they don't come,
and if they do
then i have already discussed my further strategy with dr uppal.
I m being hopeful.
