"uma Bhabhi" :) (leftover Roti Recipe_1)

    Ingredients -
    Leftover chapatis - 3
    Green chillies - 2
    Garlic pods - 4 (as per taste)
    Curd - 3/4th cup or 1 medium size serving spoon (ladel)
    Coriander leaves for garnish
    Oil - 1 tbsp
    Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
    Jeera -1/4 tsp
    Hing/ asafoetida - pinch
    Coriander powder - 1/4 tsp
    Jeera powder - 1/4 tsp
    Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
    Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
    Salt - as per taste

    Procedure -
    1. Cut the green chillies and garlic. Roughly.
    2. Just roughly chop the rotis with hands
    3. In a bowl, add curd and all the powders (red chilli, turmeric, coriander, jeera) and salt.
    4. Heat oil in pan. Add mustard seeds, jeera, hing.
    5. Add green chillies and garlic in oil.
    6. Add the curd with all masala in pan. Stir.
    7. Add chopped rotis into the pan. Stir for 1 min. Leave.
    8. When rotis soak in the curd-masala...add chopped coriander leaves.
    9. Serve hot.
    This can be eaten anytime and is quite filling as well as yummy!
