    Hi,
    Walking -30 minutes
    No junk.but portion control s very difficult for me now bcos if I try to reduce one idly also I am hungry.so I just can't do anything on diet part.i see to that I don't take junk food.
    Iam more active now.
    Bf had chapathi and kurma
    Lunch had rice , ladies finger fry and Brinjal curry.
    Drinking more than 3 lit of water.mostly warm or hot water

    I am in weaning phase.. so really tough to reduce any extra weight
    trying hard to maintain the same now :(

    Less food , 30 mts workout. Lemon and honey every morning...
    Any tips to reduce during weaning??

    I have followed something called a military diet and it does help you lose some weight in actually 3 days. It is one of those ways which is not very healthy but its not negated by people too. I have read pretty good reviews about. I did it 3 days last week and though it was tough it did help me lose atleast 6 pounds which isn't bad and now i am continuing my weight loss by just eating 1500 or less calories every day. What it taught it me was how much dedication it required and much more than that appreciate food ! Just 3 days were enough to knock some sense into me that its very easy to eat whatever u want but so tough to actually lose it and if you want to look good it has to be a combination of sensible eating and proper active life which can include exercise, walking and tbh movement every 30 mins wherever u are helps so much. I started taking small portions of food and eating in small plates so i know what i am eating and kind of controlling calories! I know it sounds hard but its effective and most important thing is the confidence weight loss gives you is tremendous. I exercise with weights, cardio, run everything and it takes time to lose weight sometimes persistent efforts of 3 months and i see the scale going down and it wouldn't have moved even a bit for almost that three month but then it starts moving down and trust me it doesn't come back so easily if you eat moderate and are active. This has worked for me after a childbirth and breastfeeding and it is not easy but i do combinations of some kind of small diet every 2 weeks as a small achievable goal and satisfaction it gives me after i have done it. Everything is tough but once you see results you would always think why i didn't do it before. And i would always suggest your body is going to make you cheat because its used to all sugar, fat processed food u give it but natural and food u make from scratch is healthy natural and easier for body to digest. They have vegetarian military diet options too and you can just combine your own way of doing it ! Its just a low calorie diet of 1000 calories per day for three days and just helps you kind of lose that unwanted last 8-10 pounds though i am not sure if it really that much u lose. But it definitely helps!

    Am able to get most part of the diet right. Breakfast, lunch and dinner. But in between during tea time i get cravings. I fight with it by eating guava or carrot. But still i get hungry in an hour or so. Can someone help me with some low calorie snacks which can hold stomach for 2 hours at least ?
