    7.30 am warmwater+ honey+lemon

    8.30 am Small Banana
    10.30 am 2 Idlis with little curd
    1.00 pm small cup of rice, poriyal and curd
    5.00 pm Tea
    7.30 pm One bowl of Papaya

    Workout 30 mins walking

    Water more than 2 litres

    Nov 14 th
    Bf - had 2 idly with sambar
    Snack - milk and Rusk
    Lunch - garlic gravy,had beetroot poriyal and drumstick leaves poriyal
    Eve - coffee with half sugar.
    Dinner - 2 chapatti with veg Myrna.
    Last had mother's Horlicks at 10.
    Walking - 30 min and 40 min
