    2)No cardio or strength exercise, was a very busy day.
    3)1/2 gallon water
    4)Healthy eating
    5)No junk foods

    Steps: 10,429 (First time 10k steps in a day....All thanks to this thread....Else i wouldnt have done..Thinking of maintaining consistency)
    Lunch: Rice
    Dinner : Leftover Breakfast (Upma) before 8PM but had milk around 10PM

    Having hard time to curb cravings for junk food around 4PM -6PM (Having biscuits/Rusk etc...) and spicy food craving...so having pickles with rice.

    Walking done for 30 min.
    Breakfast- idly and sambar.
    Snacks -garlic boiled in milk(lactating mom)
    Cravings are very difficult to control.i think if we postpone it for five minutes we can overcome.it worked for me.when I got sweet cravings I had loads of water waited for 5 minutes.seriously that desire went away.but if you are hungry have a snack like pori,peanut,broken channa dhal,fruits,etc.
    Had kollu rasam sday.thinking to prepare kollu and ellu podi.(horsegram and sesame seeds powder).
