    Cereals for breakfast
    KFC for lunch
    Skipped dinner
    Busy Friday and no time for workout again

    Hi all,

    03rd nov

    Bf : raagi semiya upma
    Mid Mng snack : 2 chikkis
    Lunch: 1 wheat paratha with mixed veg kurma & curd rice
    Eve : 2 small banana
    Dinner : 1 chapathi with same mixed veg kurma
    Water: 5 glass
    Exercise : 30 mins workout

    Shall try to include walking in the upcoming week..

    Thanks all for motivating each other & bud luck to all of us..

    Fasting till evening without water (Not strict fasting though...Had milk and apple)
    Dinner had Rice with full meals
    No exercise

    Went to a birthday party and had lunch there.
    Had guests and full meal dinner:anguished:

    It was lazy weekend when it count to exercise.But had so much other household work pretty sure i must have burnt more calorie these days ;)

    1)11236 steps
    2) salad lunch

    3)no water
    4)no meditation
    5)no 30 min exercise

    Nov5th
    1)10003steps
    2)no lunch but had poori for brunch and pav bhaji for dinner
    3)8 glass of water finally
    4) no meditation
    5) no 30 minutes exercise

    Will see how next week goes :)

    No Exercise
    Moderate water intake
    late lunch due to guests
    Evening corn vada
    Skipped dinner as I was working till 10:30 and since I promised my self no dinner after 10PM. Had milk instead.


    Need to start counting water intake. Also posting this routine on a public platform making me feel guilty of my no workout. May be I would get my motivation soon

    Thank you prash29 for your concern.
    I ll definitely make it slow.now my priority is to Bf my baby and next will be not to put on extra weight.i I'll try to reduce in slow pace.i do some walking but I don't compromise on food.
    Drinking hot water helps in reducing weight.
    Avoid junk food and take watery vegetables like bottle guard.
    Enjoy the journey of weight management

    Decent food. Early dinner.
    No exercise.
    ate 2 pieces of chocolate

    Nov4
    1hr strength training/Cardio.
    Went to a dinner party, tried to keep it healthy

    Nov5
    9K+ steps
    Lunch was out, ate more than I should have , felt heavy.
    Dinner also at 8.30pm and a little heavy :-( went for a walk late night to compensate

    Overall managed 10 K average for this week
