    Hi ladies
    Now I have gas problem and my baby too has it. Suggest me some home remedies to overcome from the same. My baby passes air a lot of time. .
    Any exercise to do after C- section to flat tummy. Can I do Surya Namaskar? Dr has adviced to use belt. Stretch marks are grown :frowning: using bio oil after bath.

    Start using belts in the first stage for tummy reduction. Once you complete 6 weeks from delivery, try to do simple gentle exercises and slowly intensify it. Try abdominal crunches after a month or so after 6w mark.
    Don't eat gas based stuffs. Try hing in your food.

    Vasumathy, Can I start using belt now? I have completed 2 months. What kind of exercise can I do now.

    You can start using the belt now. You will be OK.
    I'm not good with exercise suggestion at this early stage. But still, You can always walk, do gentle walking in the beginning, later brisk walking and then fast walking. Do simple stretch exercise like the ones thought in early school days. Start up with simple. Once you find the fitness, you can go to next stage.
    Strengthen your hips, thighs and tummy.
    Try kegel exercises always.

    It's been ages since I logged into IL. Just saw my old posts and I am amazed by the clarity of thoughts I had once, (not any more...LOL)

    My angel is very fast and super naughty :) and she keeps me super busy!
