Hi all, I need some suggestions for toilet bidets spray.. I live in a rented apartment and i m planning to use it in my bathroom. Is it easy to fix in the rented house without any water connection changes. My apartment doesn't allow for any drill or any water connection changes. I haven't seen bidets in any of my frnds house. So, I don't have any idea on that.. I am wondering myself why i didn't think abt this so long.. Been in US for more than a year and thought water jets not possible in US rental apartments.. I read abt it today while browsing something.. ( happy that i read it today ) though am more comfortable with toilet papers too, would definitely place a bidet in my toilet.. Pls share some products which is easy to fix in rental house.. Pls share some links or product names which u are using. Thanks..
Go to www.totousa.com and find out about their toilet seats that come with bidet. These are called Washlets. They describe the kinds of toilets that are dimensionally suited for your specific toilet. You can buy one, and if you or your spouse is savvy enough to follow instructions, you can connect that to the existing water supply to the toilet tank. You would essentially replace the existing toilet seat with the one you buy from toto. And when you leave the rented flat, you can exchange the toilet seats, and take that toto with you to the next location. If you are (both) plumbing kluts, you may also use a toto authorized dealer to come and do it for you. Naturally that would cost a lot more.

We use the bidet sprayer with a handheld hose (aquanexis bidet sparyer from Amazon). It's very much like what we have in India. Easy to install too. Have been using it for 6 months and very satisfied. our house is in the northern climate, gets prettty darn cold in winters. Toto washlet seat gets heated by the water circulation; that warm water comes out of the nozzle to go at your tush. Clever engineering. If they can put water into the toilet seat to make it both warm and cushiony, for a little extra, they have a seat that undulates, and massages the tush. Science is amazing.
