    Hello Mrs. C

I have a bag of oranges sitting on my counter. My guests bought it for me. Do you have any recipe involving oranges. Don't have the patience to make juice:crazy.

    Thanks in advance.

    Regards
    GK

    Dear GK,
See my A-Z recipes - orange. You can mak rasam, kheer, dessert, MW marmalade (out of the world!) etc.

    Chithumma, My dear Adharsha Mangai,

Can we use dry roasted rice flour for making any salty tiffins like puttu or any snacks or something like that...

Actually, a friend of mine gave me saying it as, 'sathu maavu'.

But, when tasting, I found out that it is just arisi maavu which is not very fine but mildly coarse. It has the nice aroma of the roasted rice.

    Love,
    Your Picturesque.

    Dear Ms Picturesque,
If there is a definite roasted flavour, you can try puttu. You can make morkali or puli upma also.
    Love,
    Chithra.

    Dear Chitra Mam,

Thank you so much for your immediate reply.

Actually I was serarching under S (shradha samayal). Now I got it. It is given in D as Devesa samayal.

I have no words to appreciate your selfless, splendid work. Thanks a lot, Mam.

    Dear Vahee,
Please go through the recipe index in detail & the third page for links.
The recent parathas, I post are all non-sticky & can be sent as well.It is too time-consuming for me to sit & make a list. You can select whatever is easy for you to make.
    Love,
    Chithra.
