Let it boil for about ten minutes. Remove from flame. Keep it aside for at least twenty minutes. Drain the water and reserve it. Add about five flakes garlic, salt to taste. Grind all ingredients to a smooth paste with a little of the reserved water. Add a quarter spoon chaat masala and a tablespoon of lemon juice to the ground paste.
