    Hi,so many interesting items. I am aged & chronic patient ,hence not much allowed to go near gas stove.i have also developed a phobia for it as i am undergoing chemotherapy treatment.But i am quite comfortable with Induction stove.i can prepare min.cups of coffee or tea. While going thro the various items my mind is over active to prepare some of them. I straight away asked the doctor in front of my son " what is my limitation,these people do come after me & bother me that i should not work" . She took pains to explain that my work does not related to my disease.My mental satisfaction more important than tolerable strain.
    Whether Gulfi anyone opted ? If u have Gulfi molds it can be prepared at home. Most hygienic & no preservatives.simple way : boil milk till it gets concentrates. Either powder or add as a whole dry fruits Almond (Badam), Pista, cashew ,Acqruits - Health conscious people - Athi fruit , Dates, Acqruits etc. - pl grind them separately .On cooling 1. simmer the milk after mixing the powder/whole nuts in the milk. in Mixer grinder. 2. add the paste of dates etc. in cooled milk & simmer. Fill the Gulfi molds with the milk. Keep it in Freezer for a day or so.
    It sets in.With the lid itself u can remove the Gulfi & insert wooden sticks in the hole & serve. Better to serve with sticks as it is eaten by licking with tongue.
