Kaput - I have checked your other posts about your child. My 2 yr old also has special needs and with ton of feeding issues. I love to be part of this accountability thread. Since my child won't eat most of the days My enthusiasm to cook variety food has gone down. I stick to the regular list.

Your posts are an inspiration . Will join soon.

I don't have pics but want to update.
    BF - idli
Lunch - Khichdi balls + carrot
    Evening - Sambar rice, grapes
    Dinner - oats + applesauce

I'm not incorporating much variety yet. But I hope to do that.
    Thanks for the inspiration.

Thanks for posting. It sounds good. I would love for my daughter to have idli/dosa for breakfast but never get around to making it. It's always fried egg or oats.
Lunch and dinner is same and I always give her dal and quinoa with a veg, so there is not much variety in her diet. Sometimes pasta or khichdi. Rarely, soup. That's it. :(
I made sambar today but I don't think she is going to eat, she isn't feeling too well.

I love what you posted so far. Yum! I try to make idlis and dosas with Jowar ragi etc but it's a hit or miss and I fall back to regular idly. That's my goal to incorporate other grains and millets in my child diet. For lunch I mix rice and quinoa with dal. But remaining two times not so much. I make some chicken broth in weekend and offer her little every day. Perhaps that would be easier for you too?

Hoping your child gets well soon.

wow... you kid must be very good kid to eat all of this goodness. Mine when she was little probably would have eaten some quinoa mixed with other grains but at this age, she won't even look.
