I am new to this site. Well I was working in the non-It field before my marriage and also doing MCA correspondence. I left the job and got married, then later completed my post graduation. It is almost 4 yrs i have a gap in my career. But now I want to get into IT field where i have completed course on certification on s/w testing. Is there any oppurtunities for our kind of people with a gap and also no exp in IT, suggest please!!!
hi.. sujana.. Getting an IT job after a Gap of 4yrs as of now is bit difficult... but on testing , some startup companies can hire i guess....!! just try out posting ur resume in some job sites like Monster, Times jobs...etc... wish u goodLuck...
Hi Sujaya, To the best of my knowledge, the industry will only view you as a fresher no matter which domain. Your prior experience being in Non-IT will not be counted. You can try to apply as a fresher and see if it works out. Cheers Jenz
