What Are Some Healthy Snacks You Have In Between Meals?

    My go to snacks are:

    Fresh fruits, especially apples and peaches + nuts

    Salted, spicy peanuts

    Carrots/ cucumber/ celery with yoghurt dip

    Popcorn

    Yoghurt and granola / milk & cereal

    Tomato soup with crackers

    sprouts with curd
    papayya cubes
    multigrain bread with honey
    boiled peanuts
    oats with milk
    ragi biscuits
    chikkis
    peanut til powder laddu mixed with honey(in place of jaggery).... etc

    Fruits like apple, papaya,figs,litchies, pear etc..whatever is available in the season.

    Baked savory stuffed like Nipattu and samosas.

    Masala papad which is served as starter in restaurants works as an excellent snack. Garnish whole lot of tomatoes, onions, nuts with coriander on the roasted papad. Spicy Chana Dal papad tastes awesome!

    Masala cup corn (i use the frozen packet). Steam it and add the required spices with lemon. Leftover pizza chilly flakes and oregano with little butter makes yummy snack.

    Roasted corn on the cob (Bhutta) with red chilly powder,lemon and pink salt .

    Roasted Makhanas with flavor of your choice.

    Chaats, Handvo, Dhokla and Khandvi .
