    Haha, na @satchitananda satchi i just fast on thursday, sometimes i do on special days. I am being asked to stop this because of meds. Nothing to do with mental strength it just works and nothing happens without his/her wish..that is my faith that keeps me walking

    Evening: Coffee

    Dinner: Plain paratha, rice, dal, veg stir fry, dry garlic chutney, lobhia usal. (As you can see, I was totally famished in the evening. Don't know where I am going with my diet but can't allow this exhaustion to affect my work. Pushed myself to do 9K steps today.)

    I have same policy as yours, food first work next. :)
    There was just enough time between meetings to eat, check some emails, respond to simple ones, and move on. That's what I meant.

    Good Thursday all.
    Just when I set out my saapad, our building fire alarm came on and we all trooped outside. Twenty - thirty minutes later came back in, clicked, ate, and now posting.
    Cause of fire: it was smoke from an unsupervised microwave popcorn :)
    Ah, life is interesting and fun!

    A new addition to my desk. A simple boat made by a summer engineer intern.
    • Barley with Curry leaves and black pepper kuzhambu.
    • Cabbage with Channa dhal kootu
