Hi, I have seen recenly many ads reg. sale of plots at discont in limited areas.. Is it worthy to buy plot in THIRUMIZISAI? There is starting price is Rs.1500... I also seen vandalur to Kelambakkam also...more plots are selling... Which one is best investment for future and also living purpose?

Planning to buy plot in Velachery/Pallikarani. Please give ur views. Whether only salt water is available. During rainy season the roads will be clogged. In particular pallikaranai im looking for Shanthi nagar area. Please give some reviews. Im buying plot for residing there not for investing. Please help
