    My dinner tonight
    masala chapathi, pongal with salad, curd rice with thayir molaga and bhindi potato curry....

    Swathi, it does not look like a lot. The quantities seem quite limited. Besides if you have an active lifestyle, then this is perfectly fine.

    Decided to treat my healthier self by making cinnamon rolls and banana muffins....But my healthier half continued to be strict and restricted myself to a small portion.
    Really proud of myself....tk you all for tempting me into this.....love u allllllll

    @swathi27 no no. Aisa math kar baccha. Every body is different. Metabolism is different.i munch on fruits, nuts and water all the time. And add a cup of foaming filter kaapi that i cant be without..(btw i recently met somebody who did not like foaming coffee and i make a mean one without any gadgets). I am breathless listing it.

    So if you are active and have good metabolism eat well and exercise

    I have to confess here that I include only healthy stuff in pictures and easily omit posting my 3 4oz coffee/tea , biscuits cookies or peanut urundais or sunkist gems hmmm my end of meal treats. I would have some or all of the above at times :facepalm:

    Yes Shanvy we like it and all the time I make it only like half-cook half-sautéed and finally add Idly chilli powder. Shall try other recipes too. Thondakai to clean slate board wow thats new and don't know if slate board still exists around.

    whats that ?

    I had tried orange/melon /cucumber /lemon infused water in hotels should try ur other creations

    is chia seeds gentle on the tummy ?

    nice menu Satchi. I try dark roasted toasts (not burnt) as dark roasted ones tend to leave a lasting fulfillment on taste buds.
