    Hi all....

    I have posted here some of the food, which are healthy and good for health.. Request others to share their part on this subject, so that can be useful to all...

    Almond: A highly Nutritious fruit : Consumption of Almond lowers cholesterol levels, reduces the risk of lifestyle diseases and gives overall wellness.

    Banana: Banana helps in the treatment of Depression, Anemia, Blood Pressure, Brain power, Constipation, etc.

    Bitter Gourd: Health Benefits : Bitter Gourd is a tropical vegetable. It is a well known cure for diabetes.

    Calcium: The bone builder: Calcium Builds Strong Bones. Get calcium from greens, beans, or fortified foods. Vitamin D controls your body's use of calcium.

    Cabbage: Healing Properties : Cabbage is a well known common vegetable. Its is low in calories and is long known for its healing properties.

    Egg: Egg is a healthy and nutritious food. Lecithin in eggs prevents the absorption of cholesterol of egg and other sources too.

    Healthy food: Nutritious and balanced diet is a must to free our self from the physical and mental diseases and relieve stress.

    Mango: Mangoes are a very popular and widely available fruit. It is rich in potassium and is a known antioxidant.

    Mushrooms: A highly nutritious food, Mushrooms are rich in minerals, vitamin D (ergosterol), thiamin (B1), riboflavin (B2), niacin (B3), dietary fibre as well as all the essential amino acids and are low in fat and calories.

    Oats: Fibre food that cures constipation : Oats have some unique fatty acids and antioxidants which together with Vitamin E slow cell damage.

    Watermelon: Watermelon is highly refreshing during summer. It does not contain cholesterol and helps in eye sight also.

    Tomatoes: Tomatoes are a rich source of lycopene. Lycopene is a potent antioxidant.

    Hi friends,
    Today I have come up with a healthy substitute for making Maggi tastemaker,All our kids likes to eat Maggi always,so frienda here's a recipe for making tastemaker for Maggi or any kind of noodles which is made up of whole wheat .
    Take 1/2tspn of red chilly powder, turmeric powder,jeera powder,onion powder, garlic powder, ginger powder, kasuri methi ,garam masala and pepper in same quantities and mix it with 1/4 tspn of corn flour.our masala is all ready. Now u can store it Ina container by increasing the quantity of all these products.Trust me guyz it gives u a amazing flavour.I have tried it today itself and tot of sharing with u all.

    AMLA- A good source of vitamin c.
    GINGER & GARLIC- help in digestion & relives cough & cold.

    In your monthly shopping list of provisions,add one grain without fail, use it in your cooking, a good source of protein. choose a new one every time. there is a lot of choice, it will take a long time to get a second chance, so, that no body will feel bore. try it.

    Avocado - has healthy fats good for heart. Mix cut avocado, cucumber and tomato for a nice salad
    Spinach & greens - try include these at least 3-4 days per week
    Flax - Omega 3s essential , for vegetarian
    Anything rich in fibre - essential for health , bowels, weight loss ;)
