    01/05 - Walk 5.5 km slow pace. Did some stretching exercise at home.
    02/05 - Walk 4.5 km slow pace. Did bicep curls, triceps 15 reps. Some stretching.
    03/05 - Walk 6.5 km slow pace.
    04/05 - Nil
    05/05 - 6 km walk
    06/05 - 5 km walk
    07/05 - Nil
