    One of my favourite ways to beat the intense summer heat is by drinking a cold glass of Pride of Cows milk. The cooling effects of this delicious and creamy white liquid can be seen almost instantaneously. In addition to this we all consume a lot of food that contains acids which cause us heartburn. The cool and thick consistency of the milk helps in cooling down the stomach and oesophagus by coating the inner layer. Definitely one of my favourite tricks to beat the heat!

    tender coconuts & rooh Afza are the best bet in the summer. try to cook less spicy dishes, it is better for the stomach. try to avoid going out between the noon & 3.00pm. avoid high protein foods. have glucon -D or electrol handy at home. requirement of more fluids is recommend for children & senior citizens.

    Awesome tips to beat the heat. I will surely try them. :) I like to drink cold coconut water, so I get it home and drink with ice :D
