Dhaniya Powder ?

    I ran out of dhaniya powder and just bought some from the store. I bought w brands they're aweful. What do I do ?

    Try dry roasting the powder on a low flame so that the stale smell (if that's the issue) may go away.

    No it's not stale. Just tastes bad.

    Its always a good idea to buy dhania, dry roast it and make the powder at home. I think the best you can do now is to discard the store brought one and make the powder at home. Or else from next time you can try the good brands like Everest, Aachi, or Tata

    Ingredients : one cup of dhaniya seeds, three spoons of Bengal gram,if needed you can add 4 red chillies.
    Dry roast all these and finely powder in a mixer.

    Best way is to make you own and its simple and easy. Just use a mixer grinder to make a powder of some raw dhaniya seeds. That's it..
